Refund Policy

After enrolling in a program, you may request a refund up to 14 days after receiving your order confirmation.  Please note, that this is 14 days after you have received your log-in credentials to the LCAO eLearning platform and not after you log in. You have 24 hours from the moment you accessed LCAO online learning material to request a refund. We encourage you to log in to your course/program as soon as you get your access credentials to confirm the study will be a good fit for your learning needs.
