As a Junior Developer and Technical Support Specialist, I assist with the development, maintenance, and day-to-day improvement of the college’s digital systems and online platforms. My role includes supporting technical projects, helping resolve issues, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the systems that support both students and staff.

I also provide technical support across a range of areas, helping with updates, troubleshooting, and the practical tasks involved in maintaining an efficient and user-friendly online environment. I enjoy learning new skills, solving problems, and being part of a team that supports both education and innovation.
